SITUATION – We recently helped a product manufacturing and distribution company that was hemorrhaging cash. Employees were dispirited and frustrated. Providing something as simple as a price quote for customers took hours of calculation, leads were costly, and the sales approach had been reduced to offering the lowest price.

CONSULTING We revamped the lead generation program, developing several industry-first tactics. We developed a website, which was significantly better than competitors’. The website quickly grew to produce nearly one-third of the company's leads. We also changed a fair percentage of the product line offered.
