Guy Downing, CEO & Senior Consultant
Guy is a 20+ year veteran management consultant. He has assisted Fortune 500 companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Compaq/Tandem Computers, Siemens, Varian Associates, Mervyn's, ESL, and CEOs of many mid-sized, private, and startup companies to develop strategy, select key metrics, and design strategy execution infrastructure. He has a BA in Economics, UC Berkeley and an MBA, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
John Maver, Senior Consultant
John is a 35+ year veteran senior executive and management consultant. He has served as division President or General Manager at Procter & Gamble and Clorox and has provided business acceleration strategy and plan consulting to firms in a variety of industries. He literally wrote the book on P&G brand management, drafting P&G's brand manager training manual. He turned around P&G's industrial food service group, pioneering the strategy of extending consumer branding into industrial markets, a model now used by P&G worldwide. He has a BA in Finance and Marketing and an MBA, both from the University of Toronto.
Eric Wiedenmann, Senior Consultant
Eric is a 20+ year veteran executive and management consultant. He's held senior executive positions including VP of Marketing with Fortune 500 companies including Masco, Avery Dennison, and BP. He has helped develop and execute business development plans for clients including SGI, IBM, Fujitsu, Masco, TRW, Tyco, Bank of America, and startup, mid-sized companies. Eric has a BS in Economics (Magna Cum Laude), Ashland University and an MBA, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Rob Wald, Senior Consultant
Rob is a 15+ year enterprise software consultant and executive. He has developed and implemented enterprise applications for mid-sized and large companies including Oracle, Motorola, Honeywell, Cendent, British Telecom, Blackrock, and Bank of Montreal. For Oracle, he developed and launched an industry-first web financial reporting application which grew to $50 million in revenue in 3 years. He was also responsible for Oracle's $35 million acquisition of e-Travel. He has a BA in History, UC Berkeley.
Nikki Sankar, Senior Analyst
Nikki has 15+ years experience conducting detailed quantitative and financial analyses. She has worked as an actuarial consultant for various firms including Milliman & Robertson, the top actuarial firm in North America. She conducts quantitative analysis of our customers' data in preparation for metric selection recommendations and provides statistical and financial analysis to support our consultants. She has worked for Aon and Franklin Resources. Nichola has a BA in Mathematics, UC, Berkeley.
